Refund policy

Returns

  • Our return policy lasts 30 days If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original, unused condition This means that the item must be sealed and in sellable condition All sleeve packaging, nail file and cuticle pusher, free gift included in the packaging must also be returned.
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.


Items not eligible for returns:

  • Gift Cards
  • Items purchased during a sale, discounted items and/ or orders made with promotional codes are strictly non returnable.
  • Any items not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to manufacturing defect.
  • Any items that have been opened / used.
  • Any items that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
  • Any items not purchased directly through our website (www nailwraps.ca)

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned items We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If your return are approved, your refund will be made strictly via store credits We do not provide cash refunds for any return orders and delivery fees, if any, won't be refunded Your return will be processed within 7 business days from when we receive it.

Exchanges

  • We are only able to replace items if they are defective or damaged If you need to exchange it for the same item, kindly email us at support@nailwraps.ca

Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next contact your bank There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
  • If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@nailwraps.ca

Sale Items

  • Only regular priced items may be refunded.
  • Unfortunately, items purchased during a sale, discounted items and/or orders made with promotional codes are strictly non-refundable.

Defects / Damaged Items

  • For glitter/sprinkle nail wraps, please note that glitter/sprinkle placement will differ for every piece this will not be considered a defect.
  • Colors shown may have slight variance on different screens as different tech devices have different specifications As such, colors may be portrayed with slight differences This applies especially for brighter hues This will not be considered a defect.
  • Items with slight imperfections (e g slightly flipped clear protective film) which do not affect the overall appearance or usage of the item will not be considered a defect.

Shipping

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item Shipping costs are non refundable If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
  • We highly recommend that you consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

NOTE For NON-TRACKABLE Free & Standard Shipping (Letter Mail)

Please note that we do guarantee that your order will be shipped on time and we keep record of all shipments going out as proof of shipping. But due to the nature of shipping in Non-Tracked which is letter mail. We are not able to provide any replacement or refund in case of lost mail. Our shipping service does not provide insurance for letter mails and neither do we.

So if your order size is big and you need complete insurance and full refund incase of shipment not delivered or lost, we suggest that you select our Express Shipping option that comes with 100% delivery and refund guarantee in case of lost and non delivered parcels.
